Focusing on improving aerobic capacity, agility, speed, and flexibility, the Monthly Performance Plan is for those seeking to optimize their athletic performance through better movement. If you are preparing for competition or seeking to maximize your body’s health, this option is for you. Visits combine mobility, treatment and workouts tied to your individual goals. Starting with a re-evaluation of your goals, each month you meet with your Dr. of Physical Therapy to check your progress, perform workouts, improve range of motion and mobility, and assess your movement patterns. You will also receive a set of target exercises for the month. Every third month you will also be put through strength and agility tests to measure improvements.

After an evaluation or upon finishing treatment, many clients opt for monthly maintenance to retain the gains they have made, as well as take a proactive approach to their body's health.. Our monthly Tune-Up plan combines mobility, stability, treatment and workouts based on your individual goals. Starting with a re-evaluation of your goals, each month you meet with your Dr. of Physical Therapy to keep you accountable to your goals and to check progress, improve your mobility, and assess your movement patterns. You will also receive a set of target exercises for the month. Every third month you will also be put through a new movement screen to test improvements.
