Friend and colleague Kate Hendricks from Precision Wellness (https://www.katehendricks.com) is going to explain positive stress versus negative stress and HOW it impacts sleep, nutrition, moods, and overall performance both in the classroom and in the gym.

Learn some “mandatory” ways to manage your stress and create a eustress versus a distressed state and better yet  how to get back UP (mentally) if you get knocked DOWN. This is the foundation of what it means to be RESILIENT.
